Attention drivers!

Due to the passage of active atmospheric fronts, deteriorating weather conditions are forecast in the Kharkiv region from December 26 to December 29, which may affect traffic conditions on local roads.

Starting December 26, snow is expected, locally heavy, with blizzard conditions in some areas. A westerly wind of 9–14 m/s is forecast, with gusts of 15–20 m/s in places. Icy conditions may form on the carriageway. In addition, snow cover of 5–10 cm, locally up to 15 cm, is expected. Air temperatures during this period will range from –3 to –8°C at night and from –1 to –6°C during the day.

To prevent traffic disruptions and ensure a prompt response, contractor organizations will switch to a 24/7 operating mode.

Particular attention will be paid to hazardous sections of roads and frontline routes that support military logistics.

We ask all road users to take weather conditions into account, maintain safe speed and distance, and plan travel routes in advance.
