Current repairs of the local public road C212501 Access to the village of Khorosheve km 0+000 – km 5+120 in the Kharkiv region (with the development of design documentation)

1.    Justification of the technical and qualitative characteristics of the subject of the procurement.

The technical task for the object “Current repairs of the local public road C212501 Access to the village of Khorosheve km 0+000 – km 5+120 in the Kharkiv region (with the development of design documentation)” was developed in accordance with DBN V.2.3-4:2015 “Highways. Part I. Design. Part II. Construction” taking into account the provisions of current regulatory legal acts in the field of environmental protection and ecological safety and other current regulatory documents.

Requirements for the quality of basic material resources are set out in the following regulatory documents:

–       DSTU 8959:2019 Asphalt concrete mixtures and asphalt concrete for roads based on bitumen modified with polymers. Technical conditions;

–       DSTU B V.2.7-119:2011 Asphalt concrete mixtures and asphalt concrete for roads and airfields. Technical conditions;

–       DSTU 9177-2:2022 Crushed stone and gravel materials for road construction. Technical conditions. Part 2. Unreinforced materials.

2.    Justification of the expected cost, the size of the budget allocation.

Estimated cost of the object according to the Consolidated Estimate Calculation “Current Repair of the Local Public Road C212501 Approach to the Village of Khorosheve km 0+000 – km 5+120 in the Kharkiv Region (with Development of Design Documentation)” in accordance with the Defective Act, for the implementation of measures to implement the Road Development Program of the Kharkiv Region for 2021-2025, approved by the decision of the Kharkiv Regional Council dated December 24, 2020 No. 12-VIII and in accordance with the letter of the State Agency for Infrastructure Restoration and Development of Ukraine No. 1969/3/06-02/02.1/07-586/08-23 dated June 5, 2023, the Protocol of the Standing Committee on Budget Issues of the Kharkiv Regional Council No. 50 dated June 12, 2023 and the Protocol of the Standing Committee on Development Issues of infrastructure, construction and roads of the Kharkiv Regional Council No. 14 dated June 20, 2023.
