The calculation of the expected cost of the subject of the procurement of works (services) was carried out within the framework of measures to implement the Road Infrastructure Development Program of the Kharkiv Region for 2021-2025, approved by the decision of the Kharkiv Regional Council dated December 24, 2020 No. 12-VIII in accordance with the current standards for pricing in construction, namely: DSTU B D.1.1-1:2013 “Rules for Determining the Cost of Construction”, SOU 42.1-37641918-050:2018 “Highways.
