Continuous training and improvement of professional skills are the key to the effective work of the State Enterprise “Kharkiv Roads”.

Our company’s specialists have undergone another training on pricing, which was held in Poltava. During the training, the issues of applying the Rules and Methods for Determining the Cost of Road Works and Services and the features of the international CESMM measurement system were considered.

Ukraine’s integration into the world market primarily involves abandoning outdated, Soviet norms and introducing new, more understandable rules and methods for the whole world. Estimated documentation compiled using CESMM4 can be read by specialists from 138 countries of the world who use the method, without any language barriers, because the same codes are used for the same types of work in different countries.
