In order to comply with the legislation on the protection of economic competition, an equivalent or analogue is provided under the conditions of full compliance with the technical characteristics of the subject of procurement.
- Justification of the expected cost
The determination of the expected cost of the procurement object is determined by a statistical analysis of publicly available information on the price of the procurement object on the basis of an exemplary methodology for determining the expected cost of the procurement object approved by the central executive body that ensures the formation and implementation of state policy in the field of public procurement, namely: in accordance with paragraph 1 of Section III of the Order of the Ministry of Economic Development, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine dated February 18, 2020 No. 275, as amended, and determined at the expense of the customer’s needs for the year in accordance with commercial offers and Internet resources.
